Since there are now two Nintendogs games, Nintendogs and Nintendogs + Cats, I decided to compare them to help you choose which one is better or which one you want to get.

Firstly, Nintendogs + Cats is for 3Ds only, which makes it kind of hard to play for those who have normal DS. Most of us who played it originally had normal Ds's or Ds Lites, so if you don't have a 3Ds now don't even bother. It won't be worth the money in the end.

A major change and achievement in this game is the design of the dogs. In the normal Nintendogs, the dogs' eyes look like riverstones and are soulless. In Nintendogs + Cats, they're full of life.
